Things are about to get even weirder for the Hargreeves siblings as they are transported back in time in their season two trailer.
The siblings have “blasted back in time to 1960s Dallas, the scattered siblings build new lives for themselves — until a new doomsday threat pulls them back together.”
Luther (Tom Hopper), Diego (David Castañeda), Allison (Emmy Raver-Lampman), Klaus (Robert Sheehan), Number Five (Aidan Gallagher), Ben (Justin H. Min), and Vanya (Ellen Page) are back! And it seems like Ben will play a bigger role this season.
The Umbrella Academy is about a group of superheroes who were all adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves to fight crime. As time wore on, they grew apart only to be brought back together by the death of their father, well, and the threat of a global apocalypse.
Although The Umbrella Academy is based on the comic series written by My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way and illustrated by Gabriel Bá, it’s a loose adaptation. Literally anything can happen knowing the Hargreeves.
