Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory’s release date has finally been announced by Square Enix and Disney.
The rhythm-action adventure game will release on November 13th, 2020 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One consoles.
Yes, you read that right: Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory is a rhythm-based action-adventure game featuring over 140 songs from the iconic Kingdom Hearts series, allowing players to experience the thrill of reliving some of Kingdom Heart‘s most memorable scenes and locations from an entirely different perspective.
The game can be played in either a couch co-op mode or via online multiplayer, where players can compare their rank against other players.
There are three play styles available, ranging from a mode which allows player to just enjoy the music and story without complex controls to players who want to master the many intricate combos available and fight for top rank on the leader boards.
Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory will have an ESRB rating of E10+ and an MSRP of $59.99 when it launches. Pre-orders are available now on the Nintendo eShop, Microsoft Store, and through Square Enix’s storefront. PlayStation 4 preorders will go live soon. PlayStation 4 owners who pre-order will receive a free theme based on the game.
