Kaileen Angelic Chang’s acting career is taking flight as the breakout star in “I Woke Up a Vampire.”
In association with Netflix and created by Thomas Lynch (“The Secret World of Alex Mack”) this new series follows a 13-year-old half-vampire, half-human (Kaileen Chang), as she tries to navigate school, a social life, and a vampire hunter. You can expect to see lots of action, dancing, colorful outfits, and so much fun in “I Woke Up a Vampire.”
“I Woke Up a Vampire” stars Kaileen Angelic Chang as Carmie Henley, Zebastin Borjeau as Dylan Helsing, Niko Ceci as Kev Gardner, Ana Araujo as Leanna Timmons, Ipsita Paul as Aasha Henley, Rainbow Sun Francks as Bill Henley, Aaliyah Cinello as Madison Spencer, Delia Lisette Chambers as Jayden Henley, Jayd Deroché as Aiden Henley, Kris Siddiqi as The Collector, and Jillian Welsh as Jordan Chase.
Previously, Kaileen has been seen in the shorts, “Dead Giveaway”, “Back in Time”, and “A Crazy Daisy Disaster”.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Kaileen began performing at a very young age. She started with competitive ice skating and ballet and later decided to try musical theatre locally. Her love for acting only continued to grow, as she loves being able to represent something different.
When Kaileen is not performing, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, fencing, fashion, and skincare. She also is very passionate about giving back to various charitable organizations and is a big advocate for those with Down Syndrome.
