Synopsis: In 1930s Oklahoma amid the region’s horrific dust storms, a woman (Sarah Paulson) is convinced that a sinister presence is threatening her family.
Hold Your Breath was written by Karrie Crouse and stars Sarah Paulson, Amiah Miller, Annaleigh Ashford, Alona Jane Robbins, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.

Karrie Crouse is a screenwriter and filmmaker living in Los Angeles. Her award-winning short films and music videos, made in collaboration with co-director Will Joines, are known for their arresting visual style and imaginative narrative approach. Their short sci-fi horror film Propagation was selected to screen at the Hammer Museum as part of the FLUX Screening Series and played in competition at the SXSW Film Festival and Palm Springs ShortFest.
Joines’ short horror film The Push was named a Vimeo Staff Pick and went on to garner awards at festivals domestically and abroad. As a writer, Cruise was on the writing staff for “Westworld” as well as Jonathan Nolan’s upcoming series for Amazon.
